Lender Ratings
Use a lender's response history when choosing a Manual offer.
Overview
Lender acceptance ratings are now visible in the offer book to borrowers.

100% means the lender countersigned all of their previous loans
-
0% means that they rejected all previous loans.
The rating started from July 12th, 2024. Data before July 12th, 2024 is not accounted for.

This feature was released as an effort to give borrowers more certainty of sucessfully receiving a collection-based loan.
What affects the Lender Rating?

If the lender rejects a loan after a borrower already accepted the loan offer.

If the lender fails to countersign the loan within 12 hours of borrower's acceptance
What doesn't affect the Lender Rating?

If the lender cancels an offer that wasn't accepted by a borrower yet

If the borrower cancels the loan

If another lender countersigned the same loan faster

if the loan has to be rebuilt or fails due to a rebuilt
Loans for rare or custom traits
Borrowers and lenders who want to negotiate loans for rare pieces or grails can use Custom Loans.
