These are Liquidium's Restricted Locations. The list reflects legal, sanctions, provider, security, and risk considerations and may be broader or narrower than any single sanctions list.
Liquidium may use IP-address and similar technical controls to restrict its hosted interface. Those controls are imperfect and do not determine a person's citizenship, residence, legal status, or eligibility. Users are responsible for complying with applicable law.
Regardless of location, the hosted interface is not available to any person or entity that is the subject of applicable sanctions or appears on an applicable prohibited or restricted-party list, or that acts on behalf of such a person or entity. Users must not use a VPN, proxy, false information, or another method to evade these restrictions, and must not transact through the Service with a prohibited counterparty.
These restrictions govern access to Liquidium's hosted interface. Public blockchain contracts may remain technically accessible without Liquidium. Technical accessibility does not make use lawful or mean that Liquidium authorizes the use.
Liquidium may change this list to comply with law, sanctions, security requirements, provider restrictions, or its risk policies. Material changes will be published here and handled under the notice provisions in the Terms.
