Liquidium.WTF is a Blend alternative offering fixed-term NFT loans with a repayment amount you know before signing. Borrow against a supported Ethereum NFT, or lend against collections you know. Loans settle in WETH; native ETH pays gas.
TL;DR
- Blend is winding down new loan matching. Blur announced a November 12, 2026 cutoff, alongside the closure of its website frontend.
- Liquidium.WTF offers fixed-term Ethereum NFT loans. You can check eligible collections and available offers in the app today.
- Know the full cost before borrowing. Ethereum loans have no activation fee. Lenders keep 85% of repaid interest; gas is separate.
- Your NFT remains at risk. A floor-price drop alone does not liquidate a WTF Ethereum loan, but missing repayment lets the lender claim the collateral.
What is happening to Blend?
In its October 12 announcement, Blur said Blend will stop matching new loans on November 12, 2026. It told borrowers to repay by that date or allow their loans to default, and said it would provide a withdrawal frontend afterward.
Blur also said its marketplace protocol will remain operational onchain.

Blend vs Liquidium.WTF: the loan terms differ
Perpetual loans vs a fixed deadline
Blend's original protocol design lets a loan stay open without a scheduled expiry. A lender can trigger a refinancing auction to find a replacement lender at a new rate. If no lender takes over and the borrower does not repay, the lender can receive the NFT.
On Liquidium.WTF, you choose a fixed term and agree to the full interest upfront. Repay by the deadline to recover your NFT. Early repayment still requires the full fixed interest, so borrowing for longer than you need can cost more.
Collections and networks
Blend serves Ethereum NFT borrowers. For that audience, Liquidium.WTF's Ethereum mainnet market is the relevant comparison. Supported examples include CryptoPunks, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Pudgy Penguins, Azuki and Doodles. Check the current collection terms and offers before choosing collateral.
WTF also has separate Bitcoin and Robinhood Chain markets, each with its own collateral, settlement assets and fees. Ethereum NFTs stay in the Ethereum loan flow.
Lender participation and funding
Both use peer-to-peer lending: another participant supplies the funds. On WTF's Ethereum market, lenders publish collection offers and fund them when a borrower accepts.
WTF lenders choose principal and an available collection term. They keep WETH in their wallet until a successful fill. They should be prepared to hold the loan for its duration or receive the NFT after default.
Rates, fees and borrowing limits on Liquidium.WTF
Ethereum collection rates currently use 50%, 100% or 200% APY, before the protocol's interest share. CryptoPunks, BAYC and Pudgy Penguins offer 30-, 60- or 90-day terms. Other supported collections offer 14-, 30- or 45-day terms, subject to each collection's options.
The interface caps principal at 98% of the collection floor and sets no minimum principal. Lenders decide how much to offer, so the maximum permitted amount is not a promise of funding.
The Ethereum fee guide explains the cost breakdown:
- Borrower: receives the full WETH principal and owes principal plus fixed interest. No activation fee or fixed minimum charge applies.
- Lender: receives principal plus 85% of interest after repayment. Liquidium takes 15% of interest.
- Network: users pay Ethereum gas separately for the transactions they submit.
For example, a 1 WETH loan for 30 days at 50% APY has about 0.033887 WETH in fixed interest. The borrower repays about 1.033887 WETH. After the protocol share, the lender receives about 1.028804 WETH, including principal, before gas.
Compare your quoted repayment amount, rather than judging a short loan by its annual rate alone.
How to borrow against NFTs on Liquidium.WTF
- Open the Ethereum market. Connect the wallet holding your NFT and keep ETH for gas.
- Compare available offers. Find your collection and review principal, interest and duration.
- Check Details. Confirm the WETH you receive, total repayment and exact due time. Choose an amount you can repay without depending on another loan.
- Approve and confirm. Follow the NFT approval and borrowing prompts, then track the loan in Portfolio.
Read our Ethereum NFT loans guide for the full walkthrough. Your NFT serves as collateral during the loan, so you cannot sell it while it remains locked.
Lending ETH against collections you know
Open Ethereum lending, select a collection, and choose your principal and term. Review Earn for interest after the protocol share and Total return for principal plus that interest. Set the offer's expiry, complete WETH approvals if prompted, and publish.
An unfilled offer earns nothing. Offer expiry determines how long someone can accept it; loan duration starts when a borrower fills it.
A borrower who defaults can leave you with an NFT worth less than the amount you lent. Consider the price you could sell that specific NFT for, how long a sale might take, and the gas costs. A collection floor is an asking price, not a guaranteed buyer.
Is Liquidium.WTF the right Blend alternative for you?
Liquidium.WTF may fit if you can repay from an expected payment or other available funds within a collection's loan term. Lenders can choose collateral they understand and size offers for the possibility of default.
If you need an open-ended loan, WTF's fixed terms may not suit you. Funding also depends on lender offers; a supported collection may have none available.

FAQs
Is Blend shutting down?
Blur announced that its frontend and new Blend loan matching will end on November 12, 2026. It said the marketplace protocol will remain onchain. Follow Blur's official instructions for existing positions.
Can I move my Blend loan to Liquidium.WTF?
There is no direct loan-transfer flow between the two. You must handle the Blend position separately and have eligible collateral available before starting a new WTF loan.
Does Liquidium.WTF liquidate NFTs when floor prices fall?
Ethereum loans have no price-based liquidation. You must still repay by the agreed deadline; after default, the lender can claim the NFT.
Do I borrow native ETH or WETH?
The app describes Ethereum loans as ETH loans, but principal and repayment settle in WETH. Keep native ETH for gas and wrap ETH into WETH when needed for repayment.
